Night time …

I wasn’t very happy with TBU this morning. When I go to sleep for real at night time (and no, I don’t mean just the early doze after tea) I like the lights to be off. Who can sleep with the lights on? 
Last night, TBU decided he wanted to watch me sleeping via one of his electronic boxes – so he could sleep at the same time. Kinda like spying if you know what I mean … is that even legal? Anyway, to allow his dumb plan to be successful, he had to leave the light on. 
So … I didn’t sleep very well. AND on top of that, the stupid cats outside decided the were gonna have a fight didn’t they! Of course that meant I wanted to go outside and help them, but I couldn’t get out! 
Do you think TBU woke up to assist me? Not on your life … apparently he slept through the whole thing! Pumpkin on the other hand, woke up and came out to talk with me for a while. She got big brownie points for that ….. 
Here is the result …
TBU did win back some love from me later on though. He came home at lunch time and gave me a yummy frozen treat he said was made of lactose free yoghurt and peanut butter … it was good … I think he was sucking up really! 
Thanks for the silver service, but I prefer a bit of grass with my desert!

Right, what can I lick now? Maybe he put some of that stuff in here too! Nope, none in there
Just to top off what was becoming an OK day, HH bought me a new toy to replace that faulty one she gave me yesterday! Here it is brand new …
Maybe I’ll show you how I look after this one tomorrow!

We sleep in a blacked out room with a floor fan on–nobody gets up till light peeks through. No wonder you couldn’t sleep. I’d protest in some doggy manner. That yogurt stuff looks good–I’ve never had it!

Sleeping with the lights one is definitely very hard as we can see. Poor Pumpkin didn\’t look all the thrilled to have you up in the middle of the night..

You need one of these Charlie – my SHD bought one to monitor us in our kennel, and it works real well in the nightime – so our beauty sleep doesn’t get disturbed :)

We love the video of you sleeping!! the way we avoid having sleepless nights like that is to sleep on top of mom and dad…. you should try it!! although they say they don’t sleep as well we turn…. but we don’t mind!!! :) Mom says she wants a puppy cam for when we go to daycare so she can see how hard we play!!
