Thank you and stuff …

It has been some time since I have managed to convince TBU to help me with using the computer. It has been very busy around here lately, so there hasn’t been a lot of time to actually use the computer …  but before I continue, I would like to thank everyone who sent their best wishes to HH for the loss of of her father, and for all the Christmas cards I received, and for the New Years wishes.

I promise I will keep nagging TBU to help me get around and thank you all personally really really soon …

Umm … before I go any further … look what I found!

That little thing parked at my rear end is Jasper.  He is the latest protégé to come and learn from me! Kinda like a sorta late Christmas present … except I don’t get to keep him … he arrive on December 27.  You can learn more about him by either clicking here or using the menu link at the top of the page.

Speaking of Christmas … look what my good friend George sent me. I got such a surprise when the postman delivered it … I really wasn’t expecting to receive any presents from the other side of the world!

Oh yeah … I got the squeaker out of it in 10 seconds!

For Christmas, Layla and I received some magic balls! Because Layla opened her present faster than I did, she was the first to perform a magic trick! See how she is making the ball float in the air all by itself!

For Christmas lunch I took everyone out to Boof’s place. I tried to do another magic trick there but it wasn’t very successful.  I was going to pull a rabbit out of my hat, but I couldn’t manage to get it out of it’s cage first!

I did meet my new cousin though!  Meet Sam …

He is Boof’s new brother. Kinda cute isn’t he!

Anyway, as I was saying before … it has been very busy around here lately … so busy in fact that HH  & TBU found time to get away for a few days!!! They didn’t tell me they were going anywhere, so I was a bit shocked when they just said goodbye without warning!!

When they returned, I thought they had been cheating on me ’cause I could smell another dog on them!  After an in depth investigation I found out they had dropped in to visit a friend of mine on their way home … see …

Do you know who that is? It’s Noah. He doesn’t look very happy does he! I think he was disappointed they didn’t take me to meet him. Maybe next time I hope!!!

So … as I was saying … I now have two students to train in the ways of life.

Notice how they both are giving me their complete attention! Jasper is very eager to learn. He licks his lips every time I teach him something new.

Here I am teaching them how to line up and enter the human kennel in an orderly fashion …

At the end of a long tiring day, we all fall asleep wrapped up in our blankets. Just like tonight … see how we look so cosy!  Yep, you’ve gotta love summer don’t you!  It’s very cold here tonight!  What’s the go with that I ask you?
